User counts come from the authentication database (Supabase). MRR, active subscribers, and churn are pulled live from Stripe (payment provider) on every load — not a cached copy. Churn rate = subscriptions canceled in the last 30 days ÷ (active subscribers + those cancellations). Enterprise deals are negotiated separately and aren't included in MRR since they don't run through self-serve Stripe subscriptions.
